Walt Disney World Makes Exciting New Updates to My Disney Experience

We absolutely love the My Disney Experience app and how convenient and organized it makes our Disney vacations.  We are so excited to learn that Walt Disney World released multiple feature updates to My Disney Experience that will continue to provide necessary vacation package and ticket information right to your smart phone.  You are going to love all of these great changes and the additional things you will be able to do from the app.  We have the breakdown of the changes below.

Disney Dining Plan:

Guests will now be able to track Disney Dining credits right from the app.  Guests will be able to see remaining meal credits, snack credits and resort mugs available.  The credits will be broken down by the different types of entitlements so that guests can plan accordingly to use them during their stay.  To find this information you will just need to click on your resort reservation from “My Plans”  Once you do that you will see a “Check Dining Plan” option.

Resort Room Charges:

Guests will be excited to have a way to track all of their charges within My Disney Experience.  When you make resort room charges, it is very easy for them to add up and create a bit of sticker shock when you receive the bill at the end.  Now you will be able to track them as you go so that you can keep better tabs on them.  In order to access this new information, you will just need to click on your resort reservation from “My Plans”  Once you do that you will see a “View Charges” option.

Annual Passholder Renewals:

Annual Passholder guests will be excited to learn that they can now renew their passes right from the app.  They will be updated when their passes are eligible for renewal and will be able to pay and renew right from the app.
