1. Peanut Butter Brownie Mara at Animal Kingdom Lodge

Okay, so this is an incredibly decadent dessert that you won’t want to miss if you happen to find yourself in the Animal Kingdom Lodge for any reason. In fact, you may even want to plan a special trip over just for this dessert. You can always check out the animals while you’re there! What is it? It’s a dense, moist brownie base topped with light and airy peanut butter frosting and finished with a sprinkling of chocolate chips. As you might imagine, this is a delectable dessert that will definitely win the hearts of peanut butter lovers.

2. All American Sundae @ Plaza Ice Cream Parlor at Magic Kingdom

Plaza Ice Cream Parlor on Main Street is the place to go for a heaping helping of nostalgia to go with your ice cream. This place makes their own cones, creates cookie ice cream sandwiches, and hand-scoops ice cream—and they do all of this quite well. Obviously, Plaza Ice Cream Parlor is worth a visit no matter what you plan to order. However, we cannot recommend the All American Sundae highly enough. This sundae features vanilla and chocolate ice cream, hot fudge, warm peanut butter sauce, chocolate and peanut butter chips, whipped cream, and of course, a cherry. How can you resist?

3. Peanut Butter Pie @ Contempo Cafe at Contemporary Resort

Resort hopping has long been a pastime of Disney World fans. What better way to make your resort hopping experience even better than by snatching up a delicious treat along your route? The Contemporary Resort is located just steps from Magic Kingdom and along the monorail route, making it the perfect stop for said treat. Even better, the resort’s Contempo Cafe features some of the best desserts on property. In particular, we adore the Peanut Butter Pie. This awesome dessert includes a cookie-like shell, vanilla cream base, and a peanut butter cream cheese filling. Chocolate is drizzled over everything for good measure, making this treat a perfect combination of all our favorite sweets.

4. Peanut Butter and Jelly Shake @ Sci-Fi Dine-in Theater or 50s Prime Time Cafe in Hollywood Studios

Wanna skip the chocolate, but still looking for that amazing peanut buttery flavor? The Peanut Butter and Jelly Shake should do the trick. This yummy beverage can be found in both the Sci-Fi Dine-in Theater and 50s Prime Time Cafe. Both are super fun, well-themed restaurants, meaning either one would be an excellent choice. However, we do tend to give 50s Prime Time a slight edge for their amazing comfort food choices. Of course, you’ll want to know what exactly the Peanut Butter and Jelly Shake is. Well, it’s exactly what you might think: a milkshake with both peanut butter and jelly flavors. Not only is this a perfect combination, it’s actually quite nostalgic and might take you back to simpler times when you would eat PB&J sandwiches for nearly every lunch.

5. No Way Jose @ Beaches and Cream at Beach Club Resort

Much like the All American Sundae mentioned above, Beaches and Cream’s No Way Jose Sundae features a spectacular combination of ice cream, peanut butter, and chocolate. In fact, the two desserts are nearly identical save for the containers they’re served in, and both are super duper delicious. If you’re trying to decide between the two, you should be looking beyond the treats themselves and at the restaurants that serve them. As mentioned before, Plaza Ice Cream Parlor is conveniently located in Magic Kingdom and offers some great nostalgic vibes. On the other hand, Beaches and Cream gives guests the chance to experience a 50s-style diner in a more relaxed setting. Both are good choices, so we recommend doubling up and getting both of these fantastic sundaes during your trip. After all, you’re on vacation!

6. Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch Cupcake @ Trolley Car Cafe in Hollywood Studios

If you were a fan of the Butterfinger Cupcake at the now-closed Starring Rolls, this is your treat. While the Trolley Car Cafe itself is nothing to write home about (it’s really just a Starbucks in disguise), it’s well worth a visit to pick up this chocolate peanut butter deliciousness with a cup of coffee. Basically, the Peanut Butter Crunch Cupcake is a chocolate cupcake that is filled with fudgy chocolate, topped with vanilla buttercream icing, topped again with chocolate, and sprinkled with a generous helping of Butterfinger candy bar bits. While the chocolate far outweighs the peanut butter when it comes to this particular snack, we still think it deserves a place on this list purely based on the delicious factor it brings to the table.

7. Dad’s Favorite Chocolate-Peanut Butter Layer Cake @ 50s Prime Time Cafe in Hollywood Studios

Another delicious peanut butter dessert that can be found in Hollywood Studios, Dad’s Favorite Chocolate-Peanut Butter Layer Cake is a thing of true beauty. This lovely creation can only be found at 50s Prime Time Cafe. Luckily, this is an eatery that is well worth visiting for a variety of reasons, making it that much easier to get your hands on a slice of this fabulous cake. Just as you might have imagined, Dad’s Favorite Chocolate-Peanut Butter Layer Cake layers chocolate cake with yummy peanut butter frosting. The frosting is rich and thick and includes a touch of chocolate to create a heavenly, fudgy, peanut buttery treat. Be sure to order this dessert à la mode!

8. Darth Vader Cupcake @ Backlot Express in Hollywood Studios

Last, but certainly not least, comes the Darth Vader Cupcake. This fun sweet treat can be found at the simple yet perfectly serviceable Backlot Express, and it’s well worth picking one up. The Darth Vader Cupcake was originally sold by the same (now-defunct) Starring Rolls cafe as the Chocolate Peanut Butter Cupcake, and many avid fans were devastated to see it go. Fortunately, the cupcake has been reborn (if under another name) and is just as good as it ever was. The treat starts as a simple chocolate cupcake. It’s then topped with amazingly creamy peanut butter frosting, dipped in chocolate ganache, and topped with chocolate sprinkles, chocolate shavings, and of course, a chocolate Darth Vader head. Be sure to bring a friend to share with because this thing is rich.
