It is definitely no secret to anyone that knows our family that Walt Disney World is our absolute favorite vacation, and it keeps us coming back multiple times a year to enjoy our beloved vacation spot. There are way too many reasons we love Disney so much to list, but here are the top 7 reasons why we love Disney vacations so much:

7. The all-inclusive vacation feel

Disney vacation packages allow you to take care of everything so that you can enjoy a vacation that is very close to an all-inclusive experience, so you have to worry about very little. You have your resort, transportation, park admission and even dining/snacks taken care of in advance depending on what package options you select. You can even purchase Memory Maker and have your photography and pictures handled so that you capture the magical moments throughout your vacation. It makes for a complete, amazing vacation.

From the moment that you arrive in the airport and reach the Magical Express section of the airport you are already immersed in all things Disney (and we can’t get enough of it!). Once you arrive on Disney property, you are immersed in a place that is completely pristine and immaculate and every detail is carefully planned. There is magic everywhere and it becomes addicting. It leaves you wanting to come back year after year so you get the comfort of this amazing atmosphere.

5. The immaculately themed attractions

No one does attractions and experiences like Disney. The attractions may not all be thrilling roller coaster experiences, but there are something more than that. The line queues are perfectly themed to the ride and become part of the experience. Many of them are interactive so you are actually entertained while you wait. The rides or shows themselves are well-thought and carefully planned to be immersive experiences with beloved characters, movies and atmospheres. You really feel like you are in the center of the action.

Disney World is the home to some of my family’s favorite restaurants ever. The food is absolutely amazing and the service is among the best that we have experienced anywhere. We visit Ohana, Teppan Edo, Rose & Crown and many others as often as we can. All are a lot of fun for our kids, too, which means we have a pleasant, relaxing dining experience!

3. High-quality merchandise with so many character options

The amount of merchandise is always impressive. There is a large range of price points and levels of collectibles. We are huge fans of all of the art at Art of Disney, and the statues. You can find keychains, pins, plush, shirts, snow globes, dresses, costumes, art, kitchen goods and many other items throughout the different gift shops all over property. These are also themed to the different parks, resorts and attractions so that everything is very unique and provides you with endless options. We always save and bring a lot of extra money for souvenirs since we really end up wanting it all!

2. Meet your all-time favorite characters

The characters are huge part of the Disney experience. The Disney cast of characters are so lovable and popular. Many of them are also staples from all of our childhoods and actually getting to meet and interact with them is an experience you can only get at Disney. It makes you feel like you are a kid again and you find yourself happier and more relaxed than you have been in a long time. You also get to share in these magical moments with your family and bond in a way that is priceless. Don’t be shy and give them a big ‘ole hug. We won’t judge!
