Walt Disney World frequently tests changes before they completely implement them.  This gives them the opportunity to see what the guest reaction is and work out any kinks in the processes before making something an official addition to Walt Disney World.  We have learned that Disney is now testing a new Guest Relations location at the Transportation & Ticket Center. This new Guest Relations window will be tested until June 2nd, 2018.  It will be open from 8 AM through 1 PM at Window 3 in the area.  Guests who visit the window will be able to get assistance with various needs including resort issues, ticket concerns, issues with My Disney Experience, etc.

Having this window would help eliminate as much of the wait when guests arrive to Magic Kingdom.  It is also a great place to stop for assistance for immediate needs before heading onto the other resorts and parks.  Guest Relations is a valuable resource for guests as little issues can pop up at any time while on a Disney vacation.  These highly trained cast members can typically get the issues resolved fairly quickly and get you back enjoying your vacation!

How many of you typically make a visit to Guest Relations during your Walt Disney World vacation?

About Christy Caby

I am a diehard Disney fanatic! I fell in love with all things Disney from an early age and that only increased once I first visited Walt Disney World! It led me to complete a yearlong Disney College Program working at merchandise locations within Disney’s Hollywood Studios (Disney-MGM Studios at that time) and I worked for Disney Parks & Resorts Technology in Project/Program Management. Now I get to write about Disney and help others plan their magical vacations! Disney holds a special place in the hearts of my entire family as my husband proposed there, we honeymooned there, took trips while pregnant with each of my boys and have visited with them many, many times from 8 weeks old through now. One of my favorite memories from each trip is always the look on my kids’ faces the first time they see the castle. I’d love to help you plan your magical vacation!
